"(The MAD AIR Residency) was the first time in my life that I had space for the entire day! It changed my whole creative process. I also feel that it brought my company members together in a new way. These new bonds have a continued presence in my rehearsals today…it is a priceless addition to the creative and company experience."
- Andrea Miller, MAD AIR artist

Programs
MAD Theatre
MAD Theatre enables the creation of new work by established choreographers.
MAD AIR
MAD AIR (Movement and Dance Theatre - Artist In Residence) supports the creation of new work by emerging choreographers through space grants and some performance support.

Student Organized Movement and Dance Theatre (SO MAD) provides space grants and some artistic consultation to college age students interested in making new work.
"The space grant we received for SOMAD during the summer of 2007 was essential in that it allowed us to revise and further our own work. The combination of the Adler faculty's encouragement along with the opportunity to perform the piece again inspired us to create new work this year as a company."
- Danielle, student and SO MAD artist
